1. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos, blueprints, and documents you upload. HouseNexus provides the storage and annotation tools but does not own your content.

2. Collaboration & Sharing

By inviting a contractor, homeowner, or other professional to your workspace, you grant them permission to view, annotate, and download specific project documents within that context.

3. Security & Storage

We utilize industry-standard encryption for all file storage. However, HouseNexus is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials or overly broad sharing permissions configured by the workspace owner.
